WEBINAR TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Webinar Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and participation in webinars, workshops, presentations, and educational events ("Webinar") offered by Dwelling Network Advisors ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for or attending a Webinar, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The Webinar is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Information presented during the Webinar, including examples, case studies, market commentary, financial illustrations, worksheets, guides, and presentations, is not intended as legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or professional advice.

You should consult your own professional advisors before making decisions regarding real estate transactions, property ownership, investments, financing, taxation, or legal matters.

2. No Client Relationship

Registration for or participation in a Webinar does not create:

A broker-client relationship;

A property management agreement;

An agency relationship;

A fiduciary relationship;

A contractor relationship; or

Any other professional engagement.

A professional relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

3. Registration and Attendance

Registration is required to attend the Webinar.

The first fifty (50) participants may be eligible to attend at no charge, subject to availability. Once promotional registrations have been filled, attendance may require payment of the published registration fee.

Registration is personal to the registered attendee and may not be shared with others without prior approval from Dwelling Network Advisors.

4. Payment Terms

Where a registration fee applies:

Payment must be received before access is granted.

Fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing may be handled through a third-party provider.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of registration.

5. Refunds and Transfers

All registration fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided herein or as required by law.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your registration to another individual by contacting Dwelling Network Advisors at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled event.

Approval of transfer requests is at the sole discretion of the Company.

6. Webinar Cancellation or Rescheduling

Dwelling Network Advisors reserves the right to:

Cancel a Webinar;

Reschedule a Webinar;

Change presenters;

Modify the agenda;

Adjust content or format;

Change delivery methods.

If a paid Webinar is cancelled by Dwelling Network Advisors and not rescheduled, registrants who paid a registration fee will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

The Company shall not be responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, lost income, or other incidental expenses.

7. Recording and Replay Access

The Webinar may be recorded.

By attending, you consent to being included in any recording, including questions, comments, chat participation, or other interactions.

If replay access is offered:

Access is provided solely to the registered attendee.

Replay access may be limited in duration.

Replay access may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

Dwelling Network Advisors is not obligated to provide recordings or replay access unless specifically stated during registration.

8. Intellectual Property

All Webinar content is the property of Dwelling Network Advisors or its licensors, including:

Presentations;

Slides;

Videos;

Workbooks;

Guides;

Handouts;

Worksheets;

Recordings;

Written materials;

Proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and systems.

You may use the materials for your personal educational purposes only.

You may not:

Record the Webinar;

Copy materials;

Reproduce content;

Republish materials;

Sell or distribute materials;

Share login credentials or replay links;

Create derivative works based on Webinar materials.

Without prior written consent from Dwelling Network Advisors.

9. Real Estate and Investment Disclaimer

Any discussion regarding:

Real estate investing;

Rental properties;

Property values;

Cash flow;

Market trends;

Property management;

Financing strategies; or

Financial performance

is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

No representation or guarantee is made regarding:

Investment returns;

Property appreciation;

Rental income;

Occupancy levels;

Market conditions;

Financial outcomes; or

Business success.

Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond the Company's control.

10. Technology Disclaimer

Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have suitable technology and internet access to participate.

Dwelling Network Advisors is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

Internet service interruptions;

Equipment failures;

Software incompatibilities;

Power outages;

User error; or

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

No refunds will be issued due to attendee technology issues.

11. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional learning environment.

Participants may not:

Harass or abuse presenters or attendees;

Use offensive, threatening, or disruptive language;

Promote unrelated products or services;

Engage in spam or solicitation activities;

Interfere with the orderly conduct of the Webinar.

Dwelling Network Advisors reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations of this section.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwelling Network Advisors and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Participation in the Webinar;

Reliance on Webinar content;

Technical interruptions;

Missed opportunities;

Business decisions;

Investment decisions; or

Financial outcomes.

Any liability that cannot be excluded by law shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the attendee for Webinar registration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
